I find it very helpful.

I find this app is very helpful as a reference tool, I have it open on my iPhone while I draw on my iPad.

If there is one area I think could be improved it would be the face. Mostly I would like to see aim-able eyes and functional eye lids. A few tools to alter expression would be nice. Even if the expressions are just a few presets.
